Based on a meeting of organizations committed to end forced eviction in slum communities and informal settlements across Lagos State and to ensure the provision of shelter for the urban poor on Tuesday, January 28th 2020 at Civic Hive, the coalition discussed the recent forced eviction of Tarkwa Bay residents on Tuesday 21st January, where close to 5,000 people were forcefully evicted and agreed on the following;
